How do I ship an order?

On the main menu under the [sales] button Under the purchase order drop down menu, click on the [incoming orders] button Click on the order number you wish to ship Click on the [ship order] on the bottom of the page. Fill out the nessacary information,  then click [send shipment]

What is the status of the order?

On the main menu please select ‘Sales’ Under purchase please select ‘Incoming orders’ or ‘Outgoing orders’ Once you select one of the above orders, you will be able to see the status of each order as well as look  up orders by their specific status.

How do I manage incoming orders?

On main menu please select ’Sales’ Under Purchase please select ‘Incoming Orders’ Once you have selected ‘ Incoming Orders’, you may now manage them by: all, draft, pending, pending fulfillment, shipped, declined, received
